Use Air to Maintain Your Loading System

To maintain a highly repeatable loading system, use air to clean the clamping knobs. Some UNILOCK chucks have a hole in the center which can be modified, while other chucks have a port for air function. Air is forced up through the center of the chuck, and as the knob comes down, the air cleans off the locating taper of the knob, as well as the underside of the fixture.
