As part of BIG KAISER’s on-going commitment to workforce development, Executive Advisor Chris Kaiser will take part in the NTMA’s Spring Conference session, “Does Your Company have a Workforce Culture?”

Usually recognized as a supplier to the metalworking industry, BIG KAISER is of course also a manufacturing company, facing similar challenges and opportunities as the customers we serve.

Some exciting news recently swept through the halls here at BIG KAISER; we’re proud to share that our fearless leader, President and CEO, Chris Kaiser, received the 2016 Distinguished Service Award from the National Tooling & Machining Association (NTMA).

The National Tooling & Machining Association recognized Chris Kaiser, president/CEO of BIG KAISER, with the 2016 NTMA Distinguished Service Award at the recent Fall Conference in Charlotte, N.C.

NTMA members visited BIG Daishowa Seiki in Japan during the association’s 2016 Tech Tour last month. The annual Tech Tour is a special opportunity for NTMA members to learn, network and tour manufacturing facilities outside the U.S.

It’s a good sign when a customer asks a shop to ramp up production of a current part. It means more revenue. It’s validation of the work that’s been done.
