A big focus throughout the show is Industry 4.0. We have been working extensively on digital tooling, specifically the evolution of our EWA and EWE finish boring heads.

The EWE boring head connects to BIG KAISER’s user-friendly smartphone and tablet app, making it easier to monitor and configure the head while assembling and running boring tools.

How in the world could all of this connectivity extend to the very smallest of metalworking equipment and tooling in a way that could possibly have a dramatic effect on shops?
