Fall Exhibitions Showcase New Products
We were delighted to meet so many manufacturing professionals at the recent WESTEC exhibition in Los Angeles. The regional trade shows are an ideal place for BIG KAISER to introduce the latest in tooling, workholding and tool management solutions, and get immediate feedback from pros like you. Those who take time to attend can see (and touch) what’s new, compare products, learn about trends & technology, and get free advice on any application from our experts. For our friends and fans who couldn’t get away from the shop this year, here are a few highlights you can check out online:
- The new Smart Damper boring bar for lathe operations extends tool reach and effectively eliminates vibration and chatter
- Super-Slim HMCJ chuck has the highest gripping force and peripheral coolant for heavy duty milling with ½-inch cutters
- Tool Measurement Systems (TMS) for tool presetting feature new hardware and software for greater precision
- Digital fine boring head has a built-in wireless connection for remote monitoring on a phone or tablet – check out the app!!
And while we are talking trade shows, at the opposite end of the spectrum – and also happening this month – is EMO in Hannover, Germany. It’s the largest manufacturing technology event in the world and occurs each two years opposite IMTS. The EMO is traditionally the first introduction of new products and technology by European and Asian machine tool builders. If you are lucky enough to be at EMO this week, please visit BIG KAISER in Hall 3! If not, no worries – we will keep you informed and bring our latest and greatest (including our Chicago-based application experts) to an event near you.
