BIG Kaiser Introduces Fourth Edition of Total Tooling Solutions Product Guide
We have recently updated our best marketing tool for presenting an overview to our extensive line of tooling solutions all in one, easy-to-use piece. The new Product Guide, titled Total Tooling Solutions Vol. 4, encompasses the wide array of all products BIG Kaiser offers to the market for increasing performance and improving productivity.
The Product Guide includes all of the new tools that have debuted since IMTS 2012 (and even some debuting at IMTS 2014), causing an additional four pages, including a two-page supplement to the Dual Contact Rotating Tool Holders section.
Additionally, this volume saw the removal of obsolete tools that are no longer part of the BIG Kaiser product line. We also reorganized products for a better flow, and inserted new callout icons to make certain product features jump off the page.
Product highlights include a close look at the KAISER Modular Tooling System, with is wide range of new selections available for rough, finish and large diameter boring – such as the new digital versions of our finish boring heads. The system also includes tooling solutions for O.D. turning, drilling, milling, tapping and grooving.
Another focal point briefly mentioned above is the expansion to our dual contact tool holding solutions. The Super Slim version of our popular Hydraulic Chucks have been added, new sizes of the Mega Synchro Tapping Holder are shown, and we also highlight the new Smart Damper – our extended reach damping tool holder for use with KAISER KAB finish boring tools and a version for shell mills.
Don’t forget to take a peek at the tool presetting and measuring systems page. Newest Speroni Presetters are included, like the FUTURA and its AutoShrink option – even the new MAGIS CNC is mentioned. Also appearing is the newly redesigned Diaset from Innotool, which is an economical “contact” solution for setting tools without all the bells and whistles of a more expensive and sophisticated vision-based system.
Last but not least was the doubling-in-page-size of our zero-point clamping system – Unilock. The extra page covers all of the new solutions for 5-Axis/Multi-Axis setups, robot gripping interfaces, automation chucks and even our new ROC® Mineral Cast tombstone, clamping pallets and riser pad solutions.
