Dear customer

The safety of our customers, visitors, employees and their families is a top priority for BIG KAISER. We carefully follow the mandatory instructions of the Swiss Federal Council and the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and therefore take various precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team members in the best possible way.

BIG KAISER and our employees do their utmost to provide you with your operational needs and to protect your employees in this unprecedented and unprecedented situation. Starting today we would like to inform you about the following:

  • We will continue to fulfill all orders for our customers on a daily basis
  • Our suppliers have not stopped production and there are currently no reported shortages of raw materials or deliveries that could delay our promised delivery dates.
  • Deliveries from our parent company BIG in Japan are not delayed or cancelled.
  • Domestic and international air traffic will be suspended until April 19 for all employees of BIG KAISER on the instructions of the Federal Council and the FOPH.
  • Due to the ordered restricted access also to our customers, our sales and technical staff cannot make on-site visits. However, we are available to our customers by telephone or e-mail to support them and provide answers to their questions or needs.
  • Likewise, our Speroni service technician cannot carry out on-site repairs for Speroni tool measuring machines. However, we are prepared to help you in any situation by telephone or e-mail with remote assistance.
