• Inside sales assistant. To be successful in this position, candidates must enjoy helping people and have the ability and willingness to gain technical knowledge. The perfect candidate must have a pleasant and professional telephone manner, and be able to listen to customers to identify and resolve customer service issues promptly and accurately.
   
• Service technician. The Tool Measuring Systems group is looking for a service technician to install new equipment and software at customer locations and provide training. Additional responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, providing technical assistance and advice to customers as needed, and performing repairs at customer locations.
