BIG Kaiser’s Breakfast & Learn a Big Part of DMG / MORI SEIKI’s Innovation Days

In an effort to show some neighborly hospitality, BIG Kaiser welcomed more than 450 Innovation Days guests to their US headquarters for breakfast each morning before the DMG / MORI SEIKI USA doors opened. While loading up on bacon and eggs, visitors were able to tour the BIG Kaiser showroom and participate in technical seminars ranging in topics of digital boring technology, tool presetters, zero-point workholding and more. BIG Kaiser thanks all who attended, after all, breakfast really is the most important meal of the day.

Here are a few snapshots taken throughout the week.

Matt Tegelman, Applications Manager & Product Manager –KAISER, delivers a well-attended and well-received presentation about digital boring technology. The word must be getting out about digital boring tools, because attendees were eager to learn more about the tools’ benefits, drawbacks, and characteristics.

BIG Kaiser tooling and accessories were staple sights on machines throughout the 45-machine showroom at DMG / MORI SEIKI USA.

In the DMG / MORI SEIKI USA showroom, BIG Kaiser engineers were able to provide continued engagement onsite at our Qualified Partners booth and provide one-on-one support for visitors and attendees.

Breakfast and seminars were not the only attractions at BIG Kaiser. All day every day, we kept our doors open for iDays visitors to come take a look at live demos and pick our engineers’ brains. We even conveniently play host to three of DMG / MORI SEIKI’s machines.

Each Breakfast & Learn session had a record number of attendees, and was standing-room-only from time to time – no problem for those who wanted to stay on their feet after a big breakfast. Be sure to register early next year, as it looks like we may have to limit attendance – what, with the fire codes and all.
