MEGA ER COLLET

MEGA ER collets are inspected twice (0º and 180º) at 4 times diameter to guarantee the runout accuracy. The "AA grade" is marked on only those collets that pass the inspection process for accuracy. Available in min. 0.1 mm increments to closely match each cutting tool shank size.

MEGA ER for End Mills

“Just fit” collet for end mills. Nominal sizes of collets for the most popular end mill shank reduces the unsupported overhang
of the end mill collet when clamped into the chuck body. This increases the rigidity of the tool assembly in the horizontal direction
which is very important to end milling operations. The MEGA ER end mill collet is available in both metric and inch sizes.
