The new Unilock starter kits allow users to plug the components
immediately into their production cell, instantly eliminating
setup time and increased productivity. The
clamping chucks in the Unilock kits are mounted to universal adapter
plates, allowing them to be directly mounted into the cell for
immediate use.
The
Setup Reduction Kit allow users to prep one job while another
is running. It is equipped with one chuck mounted on a universal
adapter plate and two pallets. The Process Reduction Kit allow
users to transfer parts between operations without unclamping
and comes standard with 2 mounted chucks and three pallets. |
