a 360° rotating tool fixturing and maintenance device.
|
The
Tool Pro Spin excels in the handling of large and multi-insert
cutting tools. The new Tool Pro Spin is fast and easy to use.
It holds tooling securely and safely, limiting the possibility of
damage to your expensive cutting tools and injuries to operators.
Tool Pro Spin allows for rapid assembly and disassembly of cutting
tools and modular tool components on V-flange tooling used on CNC
equipment.

The
Tool Pro Spin is available for CAT, DIN and BT shank types in spindle
sizes ISO 50. The same fixture will clamp any of the three types
with a locking system designed to accommodate the variations in
"V" groove locations. |

Pro Spin assures the safety of the professionals who set up CNC
tooling. Better clamped tools provide additional protection for
the machine, tool, workpiece and operator. The Tool Pro Spin also
helps eliminate damage to tool holders, shanks and tapers. |

horizontal head position for unlocking and locking tools requires
minimum force to achieve optimum torque transmission. In the vertical
position, tool holders can be installed and tools inserted. Shifting
the Tool Pro Spin to the vertical down position, retention knobs
can be readily installed and locked securely. |
