The 210mm adapter kit easily mounts to any rotary table with a t-slot faceplate. Once adapted, Unilock will increase productivity through drastic reductions in handling and setup times.

Unilock’s simple clamping concept provides a comprehensive system to position and clamp workpieces for the most efficient part loading. It can be used on workpieces of any size or weight, and can be used in any configuration and in almost any process. The new Rotary Indexer Adapter Kit makes it quick and easy for operators to unlock the Unilock chuck and change setups or workpieces. The clamping system is designed to preserve a repeatable accuracy of .0002” (.005mm) or better with a retention force greater than 11,000 lbs.

Since it only takes a few seconds to open a Unilock chuck and swap out the workpiece or fixture, Unilock can increase the productivity of machine tools running rotary indexing tables while freeing up machine tool operators and setup personnel to perform other tasks.
