GROVE VILLAGE, IL - A new and improved version of BIG Kaiser Precision
Tooling's popular Tool Pro tool tightening and maintenance fixture
is now available. The new unit provides for tool rotation and indexing
for easier and more ergonomic use, especially when working with
large diameter tools. |

| Tool
Pro "Spin" features a full 360° tool rotation, while
clamped, permitting easy access to large diameter tools. It is ideal
for changing inserts on large diameter face mills without removing
the tool from drive keys. It can be locked in increments of 15°
for convenience and ease of use. The versatile head can also be
rotated 360° degrees and locked into any position within 45°
increments. This permits convenient tool positioning up, down or
horizontal to further improve ergonomic handling of any size tool.

securely and safely for rapid assembly and disassembly of cutting
tools and modular tool components on V- flange tool holders used
on CNC equipment. |

studs, collet holders, end mill holders, shell mill holders and
inserts. It is also handy for tool repair and maintenance. |

the machine tools and workpieces. Tool Pro also helps in eliminating
damage to tool holders, shanks and tapers. Tool Pro mounts easily
and securely on workbenches. Its 360° degree rotation, in 45°
increments, permits convenient tool positioning up, down or horizontal. |

the vertical position, tool holders can be installed and tools inserted.
By shifting Tool Pro to the vertical down position, retention knobs
can be readily installed and locked securely. The horizontal head
position for locking or unlocking tools requires minimum force to
achieve optimum torque transmission.

Pro is available for CAT, DIN or BT shank types in spindle sizes
ISO 50. The same fixture will clamp any of the three types with
a locking system designed to accommodate the variations in "V"
groove locations. |
