The easy-to-use software provides features that complement the most accurate, repeatable and easy to use preset, measure and shrink fit systems on the market.

ProVision Software has sub-pixel & sub micron resolution that provides the most accurate and repeatable way to measure and preset your tools. The software stores at least 10,000 tools, 10,000 tool kits and 250 zero points. The graphics filter allows for the display of the following image file types: DWG, DXF, GIF, JPEG, PCX, WMF in addition to the ones supplied with the Windows™ operating system.

Additional user-friendly features include over 200 measuring icons developed and installed in an organized format for quick selection of a desired measurement; enhancing the capability to detect nose radii and angles automatically. Automatic Edge detection allows the operator to measure tools automatically without having to select any icons; Password Management aids in configuration of the system for multi-user access; back-up and restore features allow for fast data recovery.

With Progressive Scan CCD camera, ProVision has high-accuracy optics with a 6 x 4.5 mm field of view and virtual magnification 45X and 0.9µm resolution. The high-speed Vision board allows high-end data acquisition with more than 30 frames per second.

As with all newly developed Speroni enhancements, ProVision is fully retrofit-able to all existing Speroni Tool Presetters in the field. This allows end-users to upgrade their Speroni Tool Presetters in their shop with a minimum of down time, and eliminates the need to ever replace a Speroni in order to achieve new features and options.
