GROVE VILLAGE, IL - A chamfering mill with indexable inserts for
efficient and vibration free 45° chamfering is now available
from BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling Inc. |

| Other
chamfering tools offered in BIG Kaiser's line include mills for
front and rear edges, 40° facing mills and chamfering rings
that can be mounted on single or twin-cutter boring bars. |

| BIG Kaiser's
chamfering mills with indexable inserts are available in four sizes
for the KAB2-6 connections, covering a range of diameters from 0.20-3.93".
The long cutting edge featured on these tools provides a wide chamfering
range, reducing the number of tools, tool changes and magazine pots.
Indexable inserts give users two cutting edges out of the same insert. |

| BIG Kaiser's
40° chamfering and facing mills are available in two sizes with
the KAB6 connection for diameters from 0.787-2.205". The mills
cut front or back chamfers and use 80° CC type inserts. |

| BIG Kaiser
chamfering rings are available in two types, one for longer bores,
the other for shorter bores. The chamfering rings can be mounted
on single or twin-cutter boring bars for in-line chamfering of the
bore, eliminating tool-change time for separate chamfering operations. |

| Each
chamfering ring covers the entire diameter range of the respective
boring head. Ten different rings for KAB connections 1-7 cover diameters
from 0.79-6.30". Carbide inserts for 30° and 45° chamfers
are also available. The standard inserts are grade C2. |
