| BIG Kaiser produces basic holders, cartridges and other components of the BIG Coromant Capto® system under an exclusive license from Sandvik Coromant, Sweden. |

| BIG Coromant Capto basic holders are offered with C5, C6, or C8 connections, in different steps of length, enabling users to optimize tool length based on the chuck size of the machine. They are made to last from heat treated premium alloy steel. Replaceable insert cartridges are made from hardened tool steel, assuring unusual durability, and offering flexibility to create tooling solutions on many different machines operating under a range of production conditions. |

| BIG Coromant Capto offers two different styles: Type S, the 45 degree tilt style, and Type F, the 90 degree right angle style. |

| By tilting the “B” axis 45 degrees, Type S minimizes the cutting forces transmitted to the machine spindle, increasing spindle life. Its angle improves accessibility, minimizing tool length. BIG Coromant Capto offers eight kinds of Type S cartridges for various approach angles and insert geometry, all fitting to ISO standard inserts. |

| Type F provides a 90 degree approach angle. Cartridges are available with either right or left hand cutting geometries. |

| The BIG Coromant Capto system offers a full range of rotary tool holders for high precision and high power cutting. For ultra precise holding of drills, reamers, etc., the New Baby collet chucks will guarantee tool run-out less than .00012" at 4 times diameter. For maximum holding power of end mills, users can select between MEGA ‘E’ and MEGA double power milling chucks. Additional tool holders and adapters, indexable endmills and an array of accessories, including a touch probe, test bar and tool clamping fixture are all included in the new program. |
