on Kaiser’s new precision face milling tools, new 112
boring heads, back boring insert holder program highlight the
new full-color, expanded and updated catalog presentation of
Kaiser’s high precision modular tool system, now available
from BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling, Inc. |

| For the first time,
the new BIG Kaiser catalog will be color coded to ease selection
of components. The new catalog, number 307, has new front cover
graphic that shows many of the countless tool combinations and
solutions provided by the system. |

| The 108-page color catalog
features a reader-friendly index system and a layout that presents
tools in the order of operations, beginning with drills and proceeding
to rough boring tools, finish boring tools, large diameter boring
systems, chamfering tools, special tools, and modular tool holders. |

| It
will include complete documentation for Kaiser’s updated large diameter boring
system components and a new outside diameter (OD) turning tool
for intermediate diameters. Also new will be many new accessories,
including more insert holders for Kaiser’s EWN precision
finishing heads and for the 112 program. |

| Other
new features include a presentation on the new 112.118 heads
with extended range of
3.15" to 6", high accuracy vernier scales now included
with all EWN/EWB finish heads, and micro adjustment cartridges
for special tools. |

| It features expanded
technical information, problem solving and application guidelines,
selection procedures, recommendations on speeds and feeds and
cutting data for drilling, finish or rough boring with Kaiser
tools. |
