High rigidity.The substantial body design enhances rigidity to prevent chatter and deflection. Machining vibration is damped by the tapered nature of the body. |

Slit-Through
coolant. Coolant is securely fed to cutting surface through slits in the collet, even at high spindle speeds. Tool life is extended with improved surface finish as a result of smooth chip evacuation. Rubber seals are provided within the nut and body in order to prevent coolant leakage (7MPa). |
