Providing an eccentric to the cutting edge has been standard for solid endmills since the 1970's and has become the traditional
technique in solid endmills. The relief angle is kept small to provide increased strength to the cutting edge without reducing the top rake and sharpness.

Strong cutting edge reduces edge chipping.


A rigid integral body is optimal for all machining centers
Fullcut Mill achieves 5 times greater DOC than other high rake cutters. It performs well in MC and workpieces with low rigidity.
