Diaset |
is an easy to use high precision digital tool measuring and |
presetting
station, suitable for any workshop environment. The ability to setup
tooling "off-line", away from the machine tool spindle allows
your machining centers to do what you purchased them for, to "Make
Chips". The Diaset Tool Presetter will enhance the productivity
of your manufacturing operation through increased machine tool capacity,
as well as increased tool life.

redesigned spindle for more accurate tool measurements and heavier
tool placement. The Zero Point spindle makes it possible to perform
calibrations with or without a test bar. Spindle is available in
ISO 40 or 50 taper. |

new digital control can hold up to 99 adapter/tool datum points.,
which can be used for either machine offsets or tool set up points.
