Diaset

Diaset is an easy to use high precision digital tool measuring and presetting station, suitable for any workshop environment. The ability to setup tooling "off-line", away from the machine tool spindle allows your machining centers to do what you purchased them for, to "Make Chips". The Diaset Tool Presetter will enhance the productivity of your manufacturing operation through increased machine tool capacity, as well as increased tool life.

Diaset offers the versatility to meet almost any requirement

New redesigned spindle for more accurate tool measurements and heavier tool placement. Spindle runout is guaranteed at 0.0008" at 16.0" off the spindle face. The Zero Point spindle makes it possible to perform calibrations with or without a test bar. Spindle is available in ISO 40 or 50 taper. The new digital control can hold up to 99 adapter/tool datum points, which can be used for either machine offsets or tool set up points. Each datum point can be defined by a unique name which can be used for either machine offsets or tool setup points. A single dial indicator measures length or diameter for ease of calibration & measurement.
