PC Based BDI/SVS Data Bank Read-out and CCD SVS Vision
System
• Progressive scan CCD camera with high accuracy
optics. Field of view 6 x 4.5mm virtual magnification 45X and
0.9µm resolution. High speed vision board for high end
data acquisition (more then 25 frames per second).
• Over 200 measuring icons developed and installed in an organized folder
format.
• High resolution PC board for high end data acquisition (< 0.5µm)
(Operating System Windows™) complete with 15” LCD color monitor,
mouse and keyboard.
• The PCs are brand PCs (ex. HP, Dell, etc. chosen by Speroni according
to the current market availability unless otherwise specified by the customer)
which are supplied with the original manufacturer’s warranty (3 years – of
which the first is on-site).
• The PC will be supplied with the latest chip technology; at least 256
MB of Ram, CD ROM 40X, 3.5’ floppy drive, and a large Hard Drive for the ‘storage’ of
all your tools.
• The system also includes a 10/100 Network Card for network integration
and remote service via a phone line and/or via an internet connection.
• Fully automatic and operator independent, and with its sub-pixel & sub
micron resolution, provides the most accurate and repeatable way to measure and
preset your tools.
• The extensive icon library provides for a fast and simple selection of
the desired measurement of any tool in the filed of view. |
