Speroni
model STP 34 is a high precision measuring and presetting station
designed to increase profits and available machining time. The Speroni STP 34 tool presetter eliminates the trial and error of tool set-up. Fully compatible with DNC and CIM systems, the Speroni STP 34 provides first part precision saving you time and money. The model STP 34 optimizes tool resources by reducing tool set-up time, improving machining production time. The STP 34 is constructed of Pearlitic class 40 cast iron, this provides for added precision in measurements and increased durability. Precise, modular and upgradeable by design, the Speroni STP 34 is an outstanding value.

99 separate zero set points and a
RS232 port for connection to a printer or computer to print labels
or transfer Tool measurement data.		 Above: A precision optical projector provides magnification and display of the cutting edge profile for ease of calibration and measurement. A high resolution goniometer provides for tool tip radius and angle measurements.

with a master gage point reference makes it possible to perform calibrations without a test bar. Allowing for precise mastering of
the STP 34, while a tool is located
in the spindle.		 Above: The Quick Positioning control levers with independent locking mechanism allow for rapid traverse of the axis both individually or simultaneously. The Z and X axis, have an extremely smooth motion, fine adjustments are provided throughout the travel range.
